Meet the Team

Jacqui has helped to lead Marine Sales Scotland for over 30 years. She ensures that the paperwork associated with every boat sale – whether new or used – is properly attended to. In her spare time, Jacqui loves keeping fit as much as she can.

Ted has recently been promoted to CEO, having served his apprenticeship in a particularly rough area of Balloch. Ted specialises in chewing furniture and chasing cats, both which he is very good at. Despite that, Ted loves people, so you are guaranteed an enthusiastic welcome from him whenever you visit.

Meet Gus, our CEO’S Personal Assistant and also his full brother. Gus joined us as a pup, and has turned into a fine example of a Canine Juvenile Delinquent. When not waiting his turn to attack the CEO, Gus is happy to greet all our visitors with the warmest of welcomes… so long as you are not a cat!

James joins Sandy in our Preparation Department, ensuring boats are ready for their new owners to enjoy. James is a keen dancer and enjoys the Tango and the Foxtrot. When not dancing, James enjoys singing falsetto duets with Sandy during their lunch breaks. Always bright and cheerful, James is a first class member of the MSS team.

Sandy heads up our Preparation Department, ensuring that all your boat is prepared to the highest standard. His hobbies include spraying vast quantities of water at anything he can, and supporting his sons football team. Sandy is a committed dad to three lovely children, and is a highly valued member of our awesome team.

Engineer Gordon brings 30 years experience, having worked with his father – Scotland’s finest marine engineer. His father trained him well, so you’re in safe hands! Gordon’s hobby is consuming vast amounts of food (man v food and the food lost!) A keen marathon runner, family man, and grandfather, Gordon is always on hand to assist you.

David comes from a family steeped in marine engineering and has been working on boats as a youngster with his father and brother. A highly skilled marine technician, David specialises in mechanical and electrical solutions to any issues you may have. In his spare time David enjoys boating on the West Coast of Scotland with his wife and his trusty Jack Russell, Baxter.
